10 Best MCU Movie Endings (So Far)
8. Spider-Man: Far From Home
After announcing himself as part of the MCU in 2016, Tom Holland's Spider-Man almost immediately became one of the most popular characters in the entire franchise. One solo movie and two Avengers movies later, the webcrawler was given a sequel, and in no way did it disappoint.
In search of someone new to look up to after the death of Tony Stark, Peter Parker found himself far too trusting of Quentin Beck. The hero's tour of Europe, chasing the fictional elementals, took him to London for a simply stunning final battle with Mysterio and his deceptive drones.
In one of the most unique battles throughout the MCU, Spider-Man truly had to grow, fighting in a suit of his own design, and taking inspiration from both Cap and Thor before his face to face with Beck. Not only was Holland incredible in this scene, Jake Gyllenhall's performance solidified his character's status as one of the top villains of the franchise.
After the mind-blowing finale that saw Peter finally embrace his tingle, we were given possibly the greatest mid-credits scene in the history of the MCU, and the long-awaited, yet seemingly unlikely return of JK Simmons' J. Jonah Jameson.
