Yes, any and all of the Infinity Stones would've outclassed pretty much every weapon on this list. They could comprise their own list in and of themselves.

Yes, there's also Ronan's hammer, the Chitauri Scepter, the Tesseract, and the Eye of Agamotto. All of these things have housed Infinity Stones, so they were all incredibly powerful in their own right. But they were just chambers for them. If this list could only have one Infinity Stone chamber, why not the one that housed all six of them?

"Hey! Wait! Don't you need to collect all six Stones before you can use the Gauntlet? And doesn't one of the Stones require you killing a loved one? Isn't that impractical?," you say. Yes, it's a pain to get the Soul Stone, but here's a counterpoint: you don't need all of the Stones to use the Gauntlet. Even if you had the Gauntlet and just one Stone, you'd be ridiculously powerful.

Now, if you got all six Stones and used them simultaneously - à la the Snap - it'd be a one-off. Just... you know... don't do that. Use them one at a time, and you've still got incomprehensible, unmatched power.
