4. True Romance

While that's really questionable at best, his script for Tony Scott's sublime crime thriller True Romance does drop its share of "n-bombs" in this stunning scene, which sees Clifford Worley (Dennis Hopper) refusing to give up his son's location, and realising his time is over, baits gangster Vincenzo Coccotti (Christopher Walken) into executing him quickly rather than administering a protracted barrage of torture. Worley goes into a lengthy explanation of how Coccotti's entire blood-line is descended from blacks. He ends with this cracking one-liner, one of the best pieces of dialogue that Tarantino has ever written. "And you...you're part...eggplant." It's the insult that pushes Coccotti over the edge, initially causing him to laugh, before promptly shooting Worley in the head.
