The Lost Boys is a film that reminds you about what you loved about vampires in the first place. The Joel Schumacher title tells the story of two brothers who discover that the town they have recently moved to is a haven for vampire activity. After the elder brother becomes infected with this blood-sucking curse, they seek to cure him.
The plot is simple, and that is where a lot of its charm comes from. It doesn't try to complicate the mythos, instead opting to play to what you know in order to generate a kick-ass film that will keep you engaged throughout.
