As if appearing in one monumental sci-fi giant wasn't enough.

Battlestar Galactica: Razor is a 2007 television film based on the reimagined Battlestar Galactica series that ran from 2004 to 2009. Among many of the series regulars is the recurring character Admiral Helena Cain, whom trekkies will recognise as the cantankerous Bajoran Ro Laren from Star Trek: The Next Generation.

Cain is a cold and battle-hardened character, brandishing her pocket knife to demonstrate that one must be a "razor" to survive in a time of war. This obviously plays to Forbes's strengths, as Ro Laren, a former prisoner of a Cardassian labour camp, carries much of the same emotional baggage as the Rear Admiral of the Colonial Fleet.

Though Cain's actions are morally dubious (something that eventually leads to her downfall), Forbes's portrayal is a force to be reckoned with and a leaves a memorable impression on crew members and audiences alike.
