10 Biggest Characters The MCU Hasn't Used Yet

7. Annihilus

Doctor Doom
Marvel Comics

Now that Thanos' reign is over, and Kang the Conqueror is taking centre stage in the MCU, the cinematic juggernaut still has a long list of villains it has yet to get round to using.

One of these ultimate baddies that could pose a threat to our heroes in the upcoming phases is Annihilus. Annihilus, first appearing in the 1968 comic, Fantastic Four Annual #6, is a member of the Tyannans species from the Negative Zone, which are the only species to inhabit the pocket dimension. The Lord of the Negative Zone is one of the most powerful characters Marvel has ever created, with the villain having the ability to manipulate and control cosmic energy, and the constant exposure to the energy has made him virtually immortal. The terrifying aim of wiping out everything from existence apart from himself, and having the means of doing so, makes Annihilus one of the most dangerous beings in the Marvel universe.

Unfortunately though, it doesn't look like Annihilus will be appearing in the MCU any time soon. Given that Marvel is focusing on Kang the Conqueror to be the next big bad of the franchise, the Lord of the Negative Zone will likely have to wait a few more years before he gets his chance to wreck havoc on our heroes.
