8. Galactus

As lots of cynics will tell you straight out of the gate, the MCU mostly has a villain problem (it's not entirely true, but it's one of those observations that has transcended reality, in a way), and there's a ready-made means to solve that for future phases if Fox gives up its Marvel rights.

That means is Galactus, who is currently tied to the Fantastic Four world (even though the 2007 sequel did its level best to absolutely ruin him) and who would represent a huge threat to the very fabric of the MCU.

And once Thanos is out of the way after the Infinity War saga comes to an end, they're going to need him to escalate things. Not that everything has to get exponentially more grand, of course, but if that's the agenda, Galactus is the right candidate.
