10 Biggest Fan Service Moments In Marvel Movies

5. The Opening Credits - Spider-Man: Homecoming

When Spider-Man was first mentioned entering the MCU, it wouldn't be a surprise to say that the fans were a little bit nervous. Considering the amount of shakiness that happened when in Sony's hands with Andrew Garfield's iteration, how was Tom Holland's new version going to get things back on track? While his moments in Civil War proved to work out for the best, most fans were sold on Spidey's new vision from the opening credits of Homecoming.

Before Peter Parker even graces the screen properly in this movie, we see the Vulture taking inventory of the Stark tech he stole before the Marvel logo comes up. Something's different here though. As opposed to the main title card theme that we were used to hearing, Jon Watt's choice of using the classic Spider-Man theme from the TV show played by a brass ensemble was particularly inspired.

It's almost like before the movie had even started development, this was the moment where the producers assured us that they were just as a big a fan of the glory days of Spidey as we were and are willing to go the extra mile to meet the audience where they live.

Since Spider-Man has always been the superhero concerned about the little guy, I would expect nothing less from this kind of cheeky moment.
