6. Owen Shaw - Fast & Furious 6
Owen Shaw (Luke Evans) is a real prick. He's also the extremely skilled leader of a mercenary op that has seen him pull of a series of increasingly audacious heists, leaving piles of cop cars and even bodies in his wake. What makes him a real prick, though, is that he's moving in on our boy Dominic Toretto's (Vin Diesel) girl, Letty (Michell Rodriguez), recruiting her into his gang while her amnesia-racked brain can't remember her past with Dom. It's creepily implied in one scene that Shaw has a thing for Letty, though naturally she doesn't appear to reciprocate those feelings. Unlike most villains in the Fast franchise, Shaw actually engages in rampant murder, especially during the Spain heist, in which he uses a tank to pancake dozens of cars, no doubt racking up an insane body count. Shaw gets his just desserts, though, when he's flung out of his plane when it crashes to the ground. Justice!
