9. Star Wars Gets An Official Instagram
Though not a monumental news story, it is worth noting that Star Wars now has an official Instagram account, which went live Tuesday and already has over 170,000 followers. So far the account only has 9 posts, which feature a few behind the scenes images and Darth Vader taking a selfie aboard Princess Leia's Corellian Corvette from A New Hope. Apart from giving us some images from past Star Wars films, fans can expect to see photos from Episode VII's production as principal photography begins. Any casting announcements or news about the film is sure to come from either Disney or Lucasfilm directly, so if you'd like to keep up to speed as the highly anticipated film draws closer, I recommend you follow their Instagram
