10 Brilliantly Stupid TV Guide Descriptions Of Classic Movies

10. Christine

All the hot chicks dig guys with supernatural cars that kill people. Trying to change his image, a dorky teen buys an old clunker but gets more than he bargained for.
A great tongue-in-cheek movie description that turns this Stephen King Horror into a hokey teenage love story with an evil mode of transport. Imagine She's All That with Decepticons... it would either be a masterpiece or a car crash - pun intended - in the style of Alien Versus Predator: Requiem. In this writer's view, the film is all about is the love of insecure young man who comes out of his shell when he buys a beat up old car. The car just happens to be a homicidal maniac on four wheels, rejected by her sleeker, classier, evil killing-machine cousins. Together the dorky teen and Christine find something in common and more importantly, their inner confidence. Slaughter the guys that bullied him, run a chainsaw-wielding lamborghini off the side of a cliff and get the girl. Who says Stephen King stories can't have a happy ending?
