10 Cameos Everyone Wants To See In 2016's Biggest Movies

4. Daniel Cleaver - Bridget Jones's Baby

Say what you will about Bridget Jones' Baby. Like it shouldn't exist, or that it's far too late for a sequel... and yet people are going to probably go and see this in their droves regardless, presumably so that they can see if Renee Zellweger really has been replaced by somebody else. You know, because of all that stuff about her "new face." Whilst Colin Firth is set to reprise his role as loveable bumbler Hugh Darcy, Hugh Grant - who played jerk Daniel Cleaver, the closest thing the franchise has to a "bad guy" - decided not to return to the series for a third time. Whilst you can respect his decision (Bridget Jones 2 was not a particularly good film), he has also deprived the franchise of its most entertaining character. Daniel Cleaver was a d*ck, sure, but what a hilarious d*ck! Here's hoping, then, that - against the odds - the filmmakers have managed to convince Hugh Grant to return in some capacity. Flashback, dream sequence - it doesn't matter as long as it turns out that the actor is in the movie for a minimum of fifteen seconds.
