5. Mila Kunis - Ted 2

Pretty much the whole plot of the first Ted movie was leading up to Mark Wahlberg's character John finding some stability in his life and settling down with Mila Kunis' character Lori. Sadly that has all come to nothing, as Kunis has had to sit out the filming of the sequel due to her real life pregnancy. Whether or not her character Lori will have been killed off or if she and John simply went their separate ways is currently unknown, but, either way, it would be cool if she could appear in a single scene. For the sake of one scene, CGI could easily be used to disguise her baby bump, or all filming could have been done above her stomach area (or her potential scene could simply have been filmed after she gave birth). If she died, an elaborate death scene would be typical of Seth MacFarlane and, if her and John simply went their separate ways, she could perhaps turn up at the movie's climax wanting him back to set up a reconciliation if a third movie is ever made.
