10 Characters Emily Blunt Could Be Playing In The MCU
8. Kismet
At the end of Guardians of the Galaxy Vol. 2, Ayesha revealed that she had created her "Adam," a weapon capable of making Star-Lord and company pay for crossing the Sovereign. Comic book fans instantly recognised that as a reference to Adam Warlock, a space-faring superhero who was created as a "perfect" being capable of ruling the Earth.
He's never really been a villain, though, and James Gunn introducing him as one before redeeming the character feels like a far too predictable move for the filmmaker. With that in mind, we would love to see Blunt play Kismet, Adam's female counterpart.
Interestingly, Ayesha was very loosely based on Kismet (they share a name and little else) so that villain creating a female replacement for Adam after he rebels would be very cool and a role the actress could have a lot of fun with. If Marvel Studios were to cast her real-life husband John Krasinski as Adam, then we could really see the sparks fly!
