If you were a fan of Harry Potter and wanted to know what Daniel Radcliffe was up to in 2016, you'd be greeted by a movie where he plays a farting corpse that gets ridden by Paul Dano like a jet-ski. Wait, what?

Swiss Army Man is certainly not a movie for everyone, but, to be fair, it's not trying to be. It's a surreal black comedy that follows the misadventures of Hank (Paul Dano) as he gets stranded on an island and discovers a dead body (Daniel Radcliffe). Hank and the body - which he names Manny - form a bond, and it's discovered that the body has a slew of useful powers that Hank takes advantage of.

The film received generally positive reviews from critics, and its bizarreness was a breath of fresh air - especially since it was grounded by the solid performances from Dano and Radcliffe. Still, for many people, the utterly bonkers premise was too much to handle, as there were plenty of walk-outs during the film's initial Sundance screening.

Apparently, seeing the former boy wizard maintaining an erection and farting his way through a movie as a shambling corpse was a little too much for some.
