10 Comic Book Movie One Liners That Were Unintentionally Hilarious

9. "You Betrayed The LAW!" - Judge Dredd

Storm One Liner
Buena Vista

In fairness, the overwhelming majority of Sylvester Stallone's lousy 1995 Judge Dredd adaptation is worthy of derision, but it reaches an apex of gut-busting unintentional comedy when Joseph Dredd (Stallone) confronts megalomaniacal villain Rico Dredd (Armand Assante) and screams in his face, "You betrayed the law!"

It's all the more ridiculous because Stallone isn't even looking at screen partner Armand Assante when his screeching begins, but Assante doesn't miss a beat regardless, firing back an even hammier "Laaawwwww!"

You have to take your entertainment where you can find it in a movie like this, and while everyone involved clearly thought the scene would be totally bada**, it's more likely to leave viewers in a fit of giggles.
