7. Electro (The Amazing Spider-Man 2)

Electro probably received a little bit more criticism than he deserved after The Amazing Spider-Man 2 - he had some decent qualities and Jamie Foxx did about as well as could be expected with what he was given - but the fact is he wasn't great. The character was very underdeveloped, nerdy to the extent that he was almost cartoonish and very underwhelming with regards to what he was capable of in terms of his powers. That said, he looked pretty good! Although the CGI was a little dodgy at times, the choice to portray him aesthetically more like the Ultimate version of the character, rather than the classic 616 version of the character in his geeky green and yellow costume, was a good move and when the CGI was at its best Electro looked top notch.
