10 Comic Book Movies Critics & Audiences Couldn't Agree On

1. Zack Snyder's Justice League

Justice League was famously tampered with by the powers that be at Warner Bros., and after Zack Snyder had to step away from the movie under tragic circumstances to be replaced by Joss Whedon, the final product was far from what the director initially had in mind.

Going back to the loyal army of Snyder fans, social media was flooded with demands to release the Snyder Cut, and in 2021 the army won. Releasing straight to HBO Max, Zack Snyder was given vindication with the release of his four-hour-long version of Justice League.

There can be no doubts that this was better than the theatrical version, and this was reflected in both critic and audience scores, but it’s fair to say that the former still weren’t majorly impressed.

The score of 71% was only just greater than how audiences rated the initial theatrical version they tried so hard to undo. The public's score of the Snyder Cut however, was a ridiculous 94%, which eclipses Black Adam, and the likes of Thor: Ragnarok, Black Panther, and even Avengers: Infinity War.
