10 Comic Book Movies That Survived Behind The Scenes Turmoil

6. Wesley Snipes - Blade: Trinity

In a case of actor€™s ego gone wild, Wesley Snipes conduct on the set of Blade: Trinity almost disrupted the third instalment in the supernatural action trilogy, though considering what a let-down it was in comparison to the first two films perhaps he should€™ve tried harder. According to journalist Chris Parry who visited the set of Blade: Trinity while working on an article for Spin magazine, a crew member who wished to remain anonymous told him that Snipes treated the cast and crew like idiots, referring to his co-stars Ryan Reynolds and Jessica Biel as €˜that cracker€™ and €˜that girl€™ respectively. Snipes is also said to have taken issue with David S. Goyer being chosen as director, despite him having written each film in the trilogy. Of course it could all just be hearsay though co-star Patton Oswalt did say an interview with A.V. Club that €˜Wesley was just f*cking crazy in a hilarious way. He wouldn€™t come out of his trailer, and he would smoke weed all day.€™ The Results: Uneven at best: some of it was good, but the general consensus is that - despite rumours of Marvel wanting to revive the series - it's by far the worst film in the trilogy.
