2. Movies In Which Disgraced Celebrities "Spoof" Themselves

When you've hit total rock bottom as an actor, you have only two choices: either you go nuts and blow your brains out on television or something, or you awkwardly try to re-join the industry by "spoofing" your nutty persona, which is actually just your real, damaged personality. There are a few filmmakers - like those guys who make the
Scary Movie flicks and their related abominations - who are always happy to bring disgraced actors in to joke about how genuinely mental they are, because isn't that funny? Despite the fact that those involved in productions like these might think it's hilarious that Lindsay Lohan is falling around and making jokes about all that stuff she stole, but movie-goers don't think that's funny at all. Have you ever laughed at a Charlie Sheen cameo post-breakdown? You know, when he's being all meta about the fact that he went crazy, and now look, he's in a movie going crazy as well. I don't think Hollywood realises that these movies aren't appealing. Instead of being amusing, they're actually
embarrassing to watch. Stop.
