10 Craziest Things That Have Happened Since Disney Bought Star Wars

8. Not Plastering Their Logo On The Trailer

Seeing as Disney has taken a fairly hands-off approach to their Marvel Studios movies, perhaps this shouldn't come as too much of a surprise. However, that didn't stop a lot of fans pointing out the lack of a Disney logo when the teaser for Star Wars: The Force Awakens was released last year. It just seemed strange that they wouldn't want to associate themselves with the property when it's set to become such a big part of the Disney family. Instead, they're allowing Lucasfilm to continue under the watchful eye of Kathleen Kennedy, and while Disney still hold the purse strings, the fact that they aren't intruding too much is for the best. Their involvement in the franchise is still very important though and opens up a lot of doors for Star Wars (perhaps that live-action TV series will land on ABC like Marvel's Agents of S.H.I.E.L.D.). Now the big question is whether the Disney title card be shown with the movie itself?
