Quentin Tarantino is always throwing out ideas for movies that he never ends up making. Just think of The Vega Brothers, or Kill Bill, Vol. 3, both of which have been discussed on a number of occasions over the years, but have never quite managed to make it into development.

Killer Crow, the filmmaker's proposed sort-of sequel to Inglourious Basterds, is another one of these "doomed" projects, and it sounds like a crossover between the former and Django Unchained (which we cannot deny would be fantastic).

The filmmaker originally envisioned this particular idea as the story for Inglorious Basterds, but later saw it as a side-sequel which would take place at around the same time, explaining that it "followed a bunch of black troops, and they had been f*cked over by the American military and kind of go apeshit.

The black troops go on an Apache warpath and kill a bunch of white soldiers and white officers on a military base and are just making a warpath to Switzerland," before adding that "it would be called Killer Crow or something like that."

Tarantino first talked about the project before he made Django Unchained, but he hasn't really mentioned the idea since. There's still a small chance it could get made, but I wouldn't hold your breath.
