10 Creepiest Characters In The MCU

7. Druig

Druig is one of the Eternals, a group of supposed demigods who have protected humans throughout our history, though only from the monstrous Deviants.

Druig's power of mind manipulation made him one of the creepiest characters in the film, and he was supposed to be a good guy. Druig has an overall creepy presence in the film, even when he doesn't mean to.

His mixed feelings about humans led to him often using them as toys or puppets. He explicitly states how easy it would be for him to control the people and prevent them from hurting themselves or the planet, though the other Eternals often stop him from abusing his powers.

His use of mind control is no different from Wanda's. While he did end the war between the Conquistadores and Aztecs in the 1500's he then created a cult-like compound in the Amazon. There he held them against their will and forced them to worship him for hundreds of years.

Even in modern times, Druig forces his cult to take up arms and risk their lives fighting against the Deviants without their consent. He almost gets them all killed until another Eternal forces Druig to release his control.

Druig creating entire generations of cultists to keep himself busy for centuries really doesn't get explored much in the film despite being really creepy. It's something that needs to be addressed in future sequels, though that seems very unlikely.
