9. Dr Isaacs - Resident Evil: Extinction

The Resident Evil movies aren't for everyone, and for the most part, tend to not be for people that are fans of the video games series they're based on. These are just action-horror shlock fests at heart and pretty much a plaything for Milla Jovovich and Paul W.S. Anderson.

But each of these movies sprinkles just a little something in there from the games to try and tie them back into the branding, and the loosest of all comes with Ian Glen's character, Dr Isaacs and his terrifying turn towards the closing act of the third flick.

After being bitten by his super zombies, Dr Isaacs desperately tries to save his life with extreme doses of the antivirus. Though all doesn't go too well for him as no he's become this movies final boss Alice must fight. As a Tyrant rather than a zombie, Isaacs becomes a massive hulking lump of flesh with very disconcerting fingers.

If it wasn't for Alice having mind powers and a laser corridor at her disposal, this might've been the actual end for humanity.
