Live and Let Die (1973) Roger Moore as James BondTarot card reading Bond Girl Solitaire (played by Jane Seymour) is unsurprisingly being seduced by Mr. Bond. As he has finished explaining the first two lessons of Love, Solitaire is eager to learn more... Solitaire: "Is there time before we go, for lesson number three?"James Bond: "Absolutely. There's no sense in going off half-cocked"'Half-cocked' is meant to refer to acting prematurely. However, Bond continues to imply he is armed at all times, with his male organ ultimately symbolising a cocked gun loaded with bullets and ready to be fired at any time...

As a one-of-a-kind twenty-something film fanatic and culture vulture... I have a 1st Class Honours degree in English Literature with Film Studies & Media Cultures. Along with recently completing MA by Research in Film Studies, I aspire to be a film critic and yearn for the opportunity to roll around on the red carpet (with or without Christian Bale in his Batsuit). Always openly embracing films of all genres and nations, although anything Studio Ghibli related will always have a place in my heart. Believes normality is overrated!
