2. Stripe As A Mogwai - Gremlins

Having run rampant on a small town with his fellow creatures in 1984€s classic Gremlins, the leader of the little critters €“ Stripe €“ is in a psychotic league of his own. Named after the white tuft of fur on the top of his head, it being in the shape of a mohawk. Stripe is stronger, smarter and deadlier than the other gremlins in the first film. Though, before all the mayhem ensues Stripe was merely an adorable Mogwai on par with the cuteness of our main character Gizmo, albeit with some behavioural problems. Even before he was transformed, he was responsible for the Machiavellian plot to have he and his siblings hatched into their reptilian evolved versions, and you suspect given his freedom he'd have managed as much terror as a fur ball as he did as a scaly critter. Ultimately the adorable Stripe turns into a deadly gremlin and his cuteness is gone forever, though it's not enough to wipe out the memory of his cuteness.
