5. Halloween
How To Survive: Be a virgin. Ah, the classic horror trope that figured prominently in horror films of the 1980s, reportedly as a reaction to the AIDS crisis that dominated that decade in particular. John Carpenter's Halloween started it all by having the film's final girl, Jamie Lee Curtis' Laurie Strode, be a virgin, while those who cavorted around naked soon enough got stuck on the business end of Michael Myers' butcher knife. So, if you're a virgin, you're pretty much guaranteed to survive, as you're portrayed as the "moral center" of the film. The film Cherry Falls amusingly satirised this concept, by having the killer targeting virgins and rather amusingly scaring everyone into participating in sexual activity. In the Halloween world or, indeed, the world of most classic horror franchises, if you don't get sexy and keep your clothes on, your chance of survival is extremely high.
