10. Decoy Bride
If romantic comedies are your thing then look no further than
The Decoy Bride which David stars in as writer James Arber. His on screen fiancée, an acclaimed actress played by Alice Eve, wants nothing more than to marry her other half in privacy as they retreat to the fictional and remote Scottish island of Hegg where they're sure the press won't find them. When they do, they're forced to enlist a decoy bride in the form of local girl Katie (Kelly MacDonald) but it isnt long until sparks begin to fly when she meets her pretend prince. You can kind of guess what happens next, can't you? It's nothing groundbreaking but an enjoyable 90 minutes of light entertainment with some witty one liners for a lazy Sunday afternoon... or whenever you choose to give yourself your David Tennant fix, which could be everyday (no one's here to judge). A nice piece of fluff.
