3. Dr Satan - The Devils Rejects
Arguably Rob Zombie's best movie and packed full of ludicrous scenes to begin with, there's one that didn't make the cut that would have been a worthy entry to the run time, where we get to see some good old Doctor Satan as he attacks his attending nurse. In the clip, the decrepit old man appears subdued in bed as police and hospital workers mill around - with one officer pulling his best moves on the nurse.
Doctor Satan then snaps awake from his coma, grabs the nurse's throat, and rips it out as everyone struggles to subdue him, proving there's life in the old skeleton yet. According to director Rob Zombie, he didn't want to reprise the character from his appearance in House of 1000 Corpses due to the difference in tone between it and The Devils Rejects in the end, but still got footage of the cameo which we can all appreciate in the special features.
The good Doctor would have ended up in hospital after getting injured at the beginning of the movie when the Firefly family is shot at, and apparently is in one of the ambulances leaving the scene.
