10 Directors And The Superhero Films They Should Make

1. Edgar Wright - The Flash

Ezra Miller's Flash movie is at a place where it seems increasingly unlikely that it will ever happen. It has a director, sure, but for how long? The previous two jumped ship.

In the event that the current director does drop out *and* Warner Bros. decide to continue with the project, then Edgar Wright should be hired to helm it.

Wright is known for making some brilliant and unique action-comedies, with such disparate settings as a small, English town to a zombie apocalypse to a universe filled with video game motifs. It would stand to reason that Wright would be able to apply his excellent talents to the DCEU too.

This is especially the case after Baby Driver, which saw Wright direct some of cinema's best chase scenes, something that would work well applied to a movie centred around a guy that can run really fast.

WB would just need to make sure that they gave Wright the necessary creative freedom...
