Paul Thomas Anderson is an acclaimed Hollywood director. He’s been the creative mind behind critical darlings like There Will Be Blood, The Master, and Phantom Thread. He’s been nominated for eight Academy Awards, twice for Best Director. Also, he directed Punch Drunk Love, which isn’t half bad.

Back in 2012, in an interview with The Washington Post, Anderson was asked about some of his favorite movies. Anderson told the paper that he really enjoyed Men in Black 3 saying, “The time-travel stuff cry my eyes out. I'm a sucker for that stuff."
