Terrence Malick is a filmmaker known for his mind-bending, deep-dives into topics like transcendence and nature with broad spiritual overtones. He’s best known for films like The Tree of Life and Days of Heaven. Oh, and he drafted the screenplay for Dirty Harry.
It may come as a shock to you that one of Malick’s favorite films, one that he is reportedly obsessed with, is the Ben Stiller classic, Zoolander.
