10 Disastrous Movies That Actors And Directors Still Haven't Recovered From

1. Mike Myers - The Love Guru

Wayne's World, Austin Powers and Shrek had built Mike Myers into one of the most popular and marketable comedic actors in the business, with a solid track record at both the box office and with critics and audiences alike.

The Cat in the Hat may have been a step in the wrong direction, but it was The Love Guru that saw him walk his entire career off a cliff that it still hasn't been able to climb back up. There's really no way to explain in just a few words how bad the movie is, but suffice to say it can comfortably be named as one of the worst studio comedies to ever see the light of day.

It also marked the last live-action leading role of his career to date, and in the last dozen years Myers has only made three movie appearances, all of which were cameos that buried him under a ton of makeup in Inglorious Basterds, Terminal and Bohemian Rhapsody.

I don't do social media, so like or follow me in person but please maintain a safe distance or the authorities will be notified. Don't snap me though, I'll probably break. I was once labelled a misogynist on this very site in a twenty paragraph-long rant for daring to speak ill of the Twilight franchise. I stand by what I said, it's crap.
