10 Dream MCU Projects Disney Will (Probably) Never Make

By far one of the coolest things about Blade and Moon Knight coming to the MCU is that Midnight Sons - the quintessentially nineties Marvel group comprised of the publisher's supernatural figures - has a better chance of actually coming to fruition than ever before.

Introduced in Ghost Rider #28 in 1992, the original team initially comprised of Johnny Blaze, Dan Ketch, Doctor Strange, Morbius and others, but their time as an ensemble has been limited to select appearances in the years following. That's a huge shame, as - as Greg Smallwood's above concept illustrates - the group look absolutely incredible together.

Now to be fair the MCU actually has a few of the pieces in place to make this team-up happen. Strange is a leading figure in the franchise, Ghost Rider is continuing in a series on Hulu and with Moon Knight and Blade along the way, the potential for such a team-up is obviously there.

While it's possible, it just doesn't seem like it has a chance of happening though. Strange is clearly being groomed to be a leading Avenger for the next few years, and while Scott Derrickson is gearing up to go back to his own roots in the horror genre with the character's follow-up movie, it would take something extra-special to assemble these supernatural Avengers on the silver screen.
