10 Dumbest Decisions Ever Made By MCU Heroes

6. Peter Parker Brought Norman Osborn Home

After Peter and Stephen’s spell went wrong, and villains started cropping up from other universes, Strange at least had the sense to try and correct the mistake. These other-worldly bad guys needed to go back to their own universes as soon as possible.

Peter however, after the advice of May, decided that they needed to be helped before they were sent back. This is absolutely commendable, and is one of the many reasons Peter is a superhero, but in this case at least there is a thin line between doing what is right and doing what is stupid.

There were five villains here, all at different points on the good/bad spectrum and how on board they were with being “saved”, but regardless he brought them back to where he and May were living at the time. Though he was able to help Doc Oc, the same couldn’t be said about Norman Osborn.

What Peter essentially did was bring a ticking time bomb home with him, a ticking time bomb that ultimately went off and caused the death of Aunt May. That’s not to say her death is his fault, but it was an indirect consequence of his decision to trust and bring Osborn home.
