10 Dumbest Decisions Ever Made By MCU Heroes

3. Drax Brought Ronan To Knowhere

Though he very much became a device for comic relief in the Guardians of the Galaxy franchise, arguably too much so, there was a time when Drax was actually the dangerous, killing machine that earned him the moniker of the Destroyer.

The only reason he teamed up with the Guardians in the first place was to get closer to his personal goal of killing both Ronan and Thanos for the deaths of his wife and daughter. This was his entire arc throughout the first movie, and he was hellbent on getting his revenge.

So much so that after a few beverages on Knowhere, Drax actually sent a message out to Ronan letting him know where the Guardians were, and thus where the Orb was. He did this with no discernable plan, no real back up, and as soon as Ronan touched down he threw Drax around like he was a helpless child.

From here, Ronan took the Power Stone to Xandar, taking 86,000 lives in the process, and he would have destroyed the planet and its population entirely had Quill not been able to distract him.
