Though the Final Destination franchise is predominantly concerned with a fleet of poor saps getting creatively killed off by Death itself, in the case of the second film's protagonist Kimberly (A. J. Cook), she inadvertently causes a death herself.

After a premonition informs her that Tim Carpenter (James Kirk) is going to be attacked by pigeons in a way that causes his death, she races over to meet him as he's coming out of the dentist's office and hurriedly shouts "Pigeons!" at him.

Without any context, Tim assumes he needs to clear the pigeons out of the area to keep himself safe, and so starts scaring them away.

But in a bout of sweet, gory irony, this causes the pigeons to fly into a construction worker, who accidentally realises a giant sheet of glass suspended in the air, which then falls on top of Tim and instantly crushes him to death.

Though Tim's demise was already part of Death's plan, Kimberly didn't give him much of a fighting chance by shouting a no-context clue at him and accidentally teeing up his death as a result.
