10 Essential Marvel Villains Not Yet Used In The MCU

2. Galactus

Galactus is another villain that has been off limits to the MCU thanks to his ties to the Fantastic Four, and is one of the biggest threats to the entire Marvel universe. The Devourer of Worlds does just that - consumes planets in order to sustain himself. And once he gets set on a planet, there is little that can be done to stop him.

Previously in the MCU, a giant human-like entity such as Galactus would have seemed completely out of place, but since Doctor Strange introduced Dormammu and name dropped the Living Tribunal, and Guardians introduced the idea of Celestials, Galactus would be right at home in the cosmic branch of the franchise.

This is a misunderstood villain, who is not necessarily evil, but is just trying to survive. The MCU could build an incredible character the audience may even empathise with. If his herald the Silver Surfer is introduced, as he did in the comics, he could simply direct the giant to unpopulated worlds far from Earth, leaving the door open to further appearances down the line.

After Fox depicted one of the greatest comic book villains as a cloud of dust, he deserves redemption, and the MCU can do this character justice.
