4. Thinking Of Chris Tucker In Rush Hour When You Aren't Able To Understand Someone

Detective James Carter (Chris Tucker) is a showoff, a loud mouth and increasingly becoming an embarrassment to the entire Los Angeles police department. So, do they get rid of the guy? Nope, they simply lead him to believe that they are giving him a promotion when in actuality he has basically been assigned as a babysitter of sorts for a Detective from Hong Kong named Lee (played by Jackie Chan).
