Zack Snyder's ambitious adaptation of Alan Moore's Watchmen can't be faulted for scope, and the movie has many admirable qualities. That said, the 2009 movie features a hilariously out of place extended sex scene set to, of all things, Leonard Cohen's gloomy Hallelujah.

The scene takes place immediately after one of the movie's goriest set pieces, naturally, and lasts longer than it has any right to, managing to dwell on the awkward fumbling reality of sex in super-suits for long enough to seem intentionally comical.
