4. Who Am I? I'm Spider-Man - Spider-Man

Following the death of Norman Osborn, the growing vengeance of Harry, and his ultimate rejection of Mary Jane, Peter develops into the hero he was destined to be. Like the classic films before it, Spider-Man ends with the hero riding (or in this case swinging) off into the distance. The sequence that follows is a thrill. The final swinging sequence of the film is not only a reminder of what the audience has witness but ultimately a testimony to the work of the film. While the path is difficult, the swinging shots of Spider-Man throughout the city provide the flying-like sensational appeal of the superhero with the altruistic actions of Peter Parker in the film, creating a solid ending to origin story. Although a little dated and taken for granted in the reboot, the sequence represents the growth and journey of a hero as he becomes an extraordinary figure.
