Obviously, you know that Jim Carrey was the main character in Liar Liar, so you're probably wondering how the heck he could make a cameo in the movie...

Well, there's a perfectly good explanation for that. If you ever saw Carrey when he was a cast member on the sketch show In Living Color, then you'll probably be family with one of his most famous characters: Fire Marshal Bill. Bill's most notable trait was that he would often put himself through some truly horrifying scenarios to show just how dangerous it was to ignore good fire safety initiative.

And it's this guy that Carrey cameos as in the background of a crowd scene in Liar Liar - he can be glimpsed in full Fire Marshal get-up, facing the camera, with a walkie-talkie in his hands.
