6. Seth Rogen Plays An Obnoxious Teenage Jerk In Donnie Darko
http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=S7Rh5QS8pEk Today Seth Rogen is a big comedy movie star, best known for his infectious laugh and luscious curls, so the likelihood is that you missed him completely in Donnie Darko, where he played "greatly unpleasant stupid saying horrible things." Okay, so I made up the name of his character, but he's right there, looking kind of like Seth Rogen, but also kind of not looking like Seth Rogen at all. What I'm saying is, if you watch this movie drunk, you'll definitely miss him. This was actually Rogen's first ever movie credit, and it's sort of weird to see him playing a character lacking comedy chops. Three years after this, though, he'd land his first "proper" role as one of the gang in Judd Apatow's The 40-Year-Old Virgin. Which is to say, Seth Rogen hasn't played a character anywhere near as unlikeable since as he did in his brief movie debut. One of his lines in this movie is "I like your boobs."
