10. Swordfish

On paper, Swordfish didn't have a lot of star power going for it when it was released in 2001. John Travolta was beginning the second sharp decline of his career, Hugh Jackman wasn't quite the Wolverine just yet, and Don Cheadle was a few features away from being a household name. But that was just on paper. In photos, on the other hand, Swordfish had two huge stars on its hands: Halle Berry's breasts. And boy did the marketing team use that star wattage to gain some traction for its release. It wasn't the last time Berry's baby-feeders would be featured prominently (see: Monster's Ball... seriously, see it), but it was certainly the least effective, as Swordfish flopped in the theatres and floundered even in DVD sales, where the pause button should have raked in a few million alone.
