10 Fan Theories That Completely Change The Harry Potter Movies

7. Draco Malfoy Is A Werewolf

So...it's entirely possible that Draco Malfoy is a werewolf. No, seriously. The idea of someone receiving "the bite" as a punishment for the sins of the father is well established within the Harry Potter universe. That's how Remus Lupin became a werewolf, and it's easy to imagine an enraged Voldemort ordering Fenrir Greyback to bite Draco as a way to punish Lucius for his disloyalty and repeated failures. It would offer a better explanation for Draco's tired, anxious, and sickly appearance throughout The Half-Blood Prince. And it adds an ironic twist to the fate of the Malfoy family, who pride themselves on being pure blood and now have to deal with the fact that they have a "half-breed" son. In addition, the theory provides more substance to the tense, complicated relationship between Draco and Snape: Draco doesn't want his help, but is likely dependent on Snape because he's one of the few people who can make the Wolfsbane Potion.
