6. Crookshanks Is Regulus Black

That's how you get a character like Remus Lupin, whose name pretty much translates to Werewolf McWerewolf. So let's take a look at Sirius and Regulus Black. Sirius is a part of the Canis Major constellation, and it's known as the dog star. Which makes sense, as Sirius turns into a dog. Regulus is also the name of a star, and its in the constellation Leo. Which is a big cat. Obviously there's a connection here. There's also that moment where Sirius tells Harry that he learned how to communicate with Crookshanks. Sorry, but unless Sirius also happens to be Eliza Thornberry, an animagus learning to talk to a random cat seems a little too convenient. An animagus chatting with another animagus, on the other hand? That makes sense.
