To be honest, Im not the biggest Black Widow fan, but with talk of a solo film potentially going ahead now, the Russian spy may be the only hero on this list who will actually make it to the big screen. Good on ya, Romanoff! Scarlet Johansson has certainly had enough time to perfect the character, appearing in Iron Man 2, Avengers Assemble and the upcoming Captain America sequel, so Im cautiously optimistic for this one. SHIELD will, of course, play an integral part in Black Widows solo venture and while I always welcome a chance to see Samuel L. Jackson play Nick Fury, my worry is that the filmmakers may be keen to tie the horrendous Agents of SHIELD show in more than would be necessary or advisable. Should Be Played By: Eva Green Scarlet Johansson is awesome, no argument there guys, but her casting never felt authentic enough to me. Anyone European would be an improvement. They dont even have to be Russian! Thats where Eva Green comes in. Sexy, dangerous and very European. Score!
