5. Eternia (He-Man)

It was when I saw Asgard in the Thor movie (which looked spectacular, incidentally) that made me think Eternia would look fantastic on the big screen - the palace area of Eternia not being dissimilar in appearance to the kingdom of Asgard. But there are so many other fantastic locations on Eternia that it could be mind-blowing if it was done correctly in a live action movie. Take Castle Grayskull (pictured), for example. The source of He-Man's powers is such an iconic image - housed in a dark area of the planet and with a formidable looking skull face as its front. The last attempt at a He-Man movie was strictly Earth-based, depriving us of the chance to see a live action interpretation of He-Man's home planet (not that it would've looked that good in 1987 anyway, but still...). These days, modern CGI could make Eternia's prominent locations look exceptional; Castle Grayskull, Skeletor's equally iconic Snake Mountain, Eternos City (its capital), the Temple of the Sun, the Evergreen Forest, the Region of Flame and the Ice Mountains - all visually impressive places. A new He-Man movie is long overdue and it really would be pleasing to see Eternia getting the CGI treatment.
