Cast: Hugh Jackman, Seth MacFarlane, Kate Winslet, Chris Pratt, Naomi Watts, Emma Stone, Uma Thurman, Gerard Butler, Richard Gere, Stephen MerchantWhat It Could Have Been In getting so much acting talent on board, the feeling was audiences would finally see some major Hollywood talent out of their comfort zone, dipping their feet into a bowl of toilet humour for our collective amusement. The Reality That's what we got, but the quality was so low, we wished we hadn't. Many critics wondered how such an appallingly bad film could be made with so many hot-shot stars involved, and why they'd ever agree to join the sinking ship at all. The answer probably has a lot to do with economics. In agreeing to do a few days work on this film, the stars were then entitled to a cut of the profits. Win-win... or so it seemed. The resulting film is so bad it is a wonder it didn't take a wrecking ball to more actor's careers - just how Anna Farris and Chris Pratt picked up the pieces and moved on with their lives after their 'poop scene' together is anyone's guess. So bad is this film that even one of the longest roll-calls of A-list talent ever assembled couldn't save it from nestling among the worst movies ever made.
