Arnold Schwarzenegger's first comedy film is his most iconic comedic performance and funniest film to date. Partnered alongside comedy legend Danny DeVito, the film features yet another outrageous concept, with Arnie and DeVito being the most unlikely of twins.

Separated at birth as part of a secret experiment to develop the perfect child, the pair experienced vastly different upbringings. Whilst the physically gifted Julius is an extremely intelligent and socially naive individual who has been raised by philosophers on an island, Vincent was raised in an orphanage and has used his streetwise knowledge to turn to a life of low-level crime.

Twins was a significant breakthrough performance for Arnie, who proved that he was a naturally funny actor. The film was a massive commercial success, making $216 million at the box office.

The success of the film led to Arnie taking up more comedic roles over the course of the next decade, including a reunion with DeVito and Twins director Ivan Reitman for the film Junior (1994).
